If you feel like opening, there are only cheap Schnitzel en mass. Bio or regionality do not play the big role there. I wonder how you want to make money there. The farm would have a lot of potential.

Found closed. On the door there is a note ´closed due to illness`. Does not look very appealing from the outside. An explanation is posted in the window

This restaurant is only open a few days a year. Then it is schnitzel day and mass goods are offered for masses. I wonder what the hygiene in the kitchen looks like if you are closed all year round and only open once. It is therefore not a restaurant in the real sense, but only a space for an eating event.
